Operating system = IRIX 6.5. SGI Mips system. Current gcc version = 2.95.2. Not using gnu loader.

Trying to compile gcc using "make bootstrap", the procedure dies with a loader error - ld64; FATAL 9: I/O error (-lc): no such file or directory. I enclose the output from the build attempt.
