(store_parm_decls): Adjust.
PR c++/3152
* decl.c (grokdeclarator): Detect when a function typedef is
declaring a function, and create last_function_parms correctly.

This bug was in the wrong category. This code
is illegal because:
(1) bool is used as a typedef, when it is a reserved keyword
(2) operation is not defined
