collect2.  Note that I applied
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2001-02/msg00496.html , that is on
the mainline but not on the 3.0 branch (even though it probably should
be).

Compile any 64-bit C/C++ that refers to libstdc++ or libgcc using
-mcpu=630 -maix64.
