With gcc version 3.0.2 20010915 (prerelease), compiled with
--enable-checking, I get the following ICE with this
problem report:
bug.cpp: In constructor `basic_obug_stream<_CharT,
_Traits>::basic_obug_stream()':
bug.cpp:8: Tree check: expected identifier_node, have template_decl in
expand_member_init, at cp/init.c:1165
