 Hi,

 the problem also appears with the following code snippet
 which was derived from test.ii:

 -----------------snip here---------------------
 template <class T> class foo
 {
     class bar {};
 };

 template <class T> class quus
 {
     typedef typename foo<T>::bar X;
     X::Y;
 };
 -----------------snip here---------------------

 The error message is:

 bug.cc:9: internal error: Segmentation fault
 Please submit a full bug report, [etc.]

 (I used gcc 3.1 20020211 on a mips-sgi-irix6.5 box.)

 Greetings,
 Volker Reichelt
