    A combination of a few problems:
    1) reorg allows exception causing instructions into delay
    slots, this causes the exception region labels to be output
    wrongly.
    2) The sparc-linux dwarf2 unwind mechanism is not accurately
    reporting the instruction sometimes when unwinding out
    from a signal.
