This script fails with the message "configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in . ./.. ./../..". The directory in which the script is executed is "gcc-3.1/powerpc-linux/nof/libstdc++-v3"; thus, it does not find the install-sh file in the root of the gcc source tree.
