>Description:
Issue a warning when two variables type names do not match
rather than their actual names. Or a variation. Things
like:

char *a;
unsigned char *b;
a = b; // warning

This could also go into a -Wstrict-pointers?
But also:

typedef unsigned char bfd_byte;
bfd_byte *a;
unsigned char *b;
a = b; // warning
