 Something went wrong with the attachement, so I'll repeat it here:
  
 I was compiling the following .cpp file with -fPIC -mregparm=3  
 on gcc 3.1 and gcc 3.2:

    virtual void f1(); 
 }; 
 class B {
    virtual void f2(); 
 }; 
 class C : public A, public B 
 {
    virtual void f1();
    virtual void f2(); 
 };
