 There is a patch to correct this:  
 http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2002-03/msg00817.html,
 another way to fix this is with fixincludes.
 This does not effect darwin 6 or above, so trying with 10.2(or Darwin  
 6.0),
 you will no longer see this error, because Darwin's headers are wrong  
 in the first place.
