 First blush seems "obvious" that a template keyword is
 needed:
 
 9c9
 <     enum { Yes = sizeof(IsFunctionT<T>::test<T>(0)) == 1 };
 ---
  >     enum { Yes = sizeof(IsFunctionT<T>::template test<T>(0)) == 1 };
 
 however, some front-ends (e.g., EDG) accept it also without...
