Red Hat 8.0 with glibc 2.3.1 and kernel 2.4.20

Download kdepim-3.1.tar.gz form ftp://ftp.kde.org. Uncompess the archiv an call ./configure --prefix=/usr. you will get a error, that QT-3.1 will not be available and in the config.log file you can found an error message which indicates, that c++config.h was not found
