State-Changed-Why:
    The original problem is fixed.
    The accepts-illegal bug is now PR 10372.
    The misleading error message is now PR 10371.
    And the boost problem with the 3.3 branch couldn't
    be reproduced with recent boost and g++ versions
    according to Giovanni.
