I configured with --with-libiconv-prefix=/opt/TWWfsw/libiconv18 but the configure script correctly detected that the library was not seen by the dynamic linker checking for iconv... no, consider installing GNU libiconv and disabled the NLS support. Now, after doing export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/TWWfsw/libiconv18/lib the configure script correctly detected the change checking for iconv... yes This is with GCC 3.2.3 prerelease. http://gcc.gnu.org/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl?cmd=view%20audit-trail&database=gcc&pr=9045
