With gcc-3.2.3 I get the following error...
./xgcc -B./ -B/usr/local/alphaev6-dec-osf4.0g/bin/ -isystem
/usr/local/alphaev6-dec-osf4.0g/include -isystem
/usr/local/alphaev6-dec-osf4.0g/sys-include -dumpspecs > tmp-specs
21069:./xgcc: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: Cannot load multiple versions
of shared object. libintl.so depends on version 3.1.0:2.0:3.0 of
libiconv.so and Main depends on version osf.1 of libiconv.so.
*** Exit 1
