Your help needed!

to find when file is latest rewrote
I find in terminal command prompt
the instruction:
find areas.txt -printf %A@

How to write same into my c-code
to find when the file areas.txt 
was latest rewrite?

In MsDos I'm using the macro
  findfirst("areas.txt",&struct_of_FCB);

Probably using stat(). Try 'man stat' on your system.

Please note that this is operating system dependent and not related to
GCC. Further questions like this would be better directed somewhere
specific to the OS involved.
