Three random thoughts for the day:

Transfer it to your home machine, and then email it to yourself at
work.  :-(

Find a gcc mirror that has supports http access.

Switch jobs to a friendlier place.

Or use an ftpmail server...

Try to use passive mode FTP (most web browsers support it), that
usually works with quite some firewalls.
