I'm taking a class at NYU and the instructor has asked me to download the
C++ GNU compiler from your site. Do you have some sort of instructions
for downloading the GNU compiler, or where to find the GNU compiler? I
have spent about 6 hours trying to figure out how, with two different friends
and we can not figure it out. Both of these guys are computer professionals
and they couldn't figure it out. I don't want to sound like you have done a
poor job with the site because it looks like you have done a lot of work, but
for people that are not that technical it is way over my head.

Please help if you can.
