I'm having a very high latency (400 ms) and packet loss (25%) and it
looks like problems local to Cygnus:
19 p9-0-0.paloalto-br2.bbnplanet.net (4.0.2.198) 146 ms 141 ms 132 ms
20 f1-0.paloalto-cr20.bbnplanet.net (131.119.4.2) 147 ms 131 ms 144 ms
21 s0.cygnus3.bbnplanet.net (4.1.120.86) 374 ms 427 ms 422 ms
22 sourceware.cygnus.com (205.180.83.71) 414 ms 360 ms 421 ms
Is there any estimate as to when this will be fixed?
If it's this high so early in the morning, I'm concerned what it will be
later in the day. I haven't had a chance to do much work in the last
few weeks due to travel, so I don't know how long this has been going on.
