This is is something new and likely something I broke recently in gigi
changes.  I'm away now, but will make finding that a high priority
when I get back on Monday.

I have fixes for most (if not all) of the other failures, but want to more
precisely characterize what's going on before sending them to gcc-patches.

With --disable-shared current HEAD bootstraps fine on x86_64 thanks
to Arnaud latest commit, and also on x86 with a small ICE workaround
patch for the RTS which I'll post soon with the corresponding test results.
