Jan and Nathan have been doing a lot of good work on "gcov", and the
Steering Committee has decided that is time for the rest of us to get
out of the way.
Jan, Nathan -- you are now our official gcov maintainers. Please add
yourselves to MAINTAINERS in this capacity.
Both of you have worked well together to make various improvements, and
we're all looking forward to seeing the result of your continued
efforts!
