I just built gcc 3.3.4 for the 'sparc-sun-solaris2.8' platform. I
installed the gcc-core, along with gcc-g++ and gcc-testsuite. I used a
copy of gcc 3.3.3 as a bootstrap, using Sun's as and ld. I'll send
testsuite output separately. Thanks!

% gcc-source/config.guess
sparc-sun-solaris2.8
% ./build_root/bin/gcc -v
