I need to verify that it looks OK before I announce it. One of
the "benefits" of more automation is instead of sitting in my
home dir, test snapshots end up in the ftp dir...
Basically the LATEST-IS-XXX is changed when I verify the snapshot
looks correct. I also send mail to the list at that time.
