As a result, it takes much longer to evaluate whether the patch is necessary and correct -- which certainly puts it behind more pressing issues in my queue like code generation and making single threaded make work. Maybe if you resent the patch and described the problem you were trying to solve and your solution it would be more likely to go into the tree in a timely fashion. jeff
