Pretty much as we expected.

The ELF tests are consistent with most other ELF x86 targets.  The ones
that fail are becuase of missing -lio.

The COFF tests that uniquely fail are becuase of the static initializer
thing or the mixture of -mcoff and -fpic or the g77 case of it not being
multilibbed.

Ship That Sucker! :-)
