Very good job !

Few remarks:

1. Perhaps you can smuggle in the following at
   "install/specific.html":

   make install-headers-tar
   should be run su'd to the owner of the `install' directory.

2. "buildstat.html":

   m68k-next-nextstep3:

   3-staged native.
   regession test shows it much better than gcc-2.7.2.3 for C
   programs.

OK.  Something similar -- just a note that you must have write permission
in the install directory.

Remember, I don't know C++, I don't use C++, so I have to rely on y'all
to tell me what does and does not work.

didn't see any patch... I am compiling the latest snapshot. So my
apologies if this bug were fixed.
