Only egcs-971225 works correctly. I have no idea though, whether it's actually a gcc or a Linux bug (the fact that linux-2.1.76 works ok with `-funroll-all-loops' while 2.0.33 doesn't indicates perhaps that Linux is to blame). Manfred
