Hi,

	I've just installed egcs-1.0.2 on an Alpha 164SX.

-------- uname -a :
Linux albemuth.toys 2.0.30 #59 Thu Oct 16 12:29:40 EDT 1997 alpha
unknown

-------- cat /proc/cpuinfo:
cpu			: Alpha

2.7.2.1) #59 Thu Oct 16 12:29:40 EDT 1997

-------- Output of config.guess :
alphapca56-unknown-linux-gnulibc1

That was not correct. I explicitly gave the "target"

-------- config.status :
#!/bin/sh
# This file was generated automatically by configure. Do not edit.
# This directory was configured as follows:
/usr/local/src/egcs-1.0.2/configure --host=alpha-unknown-linux-gnulibc

# using "/usr/local/src/egcs-1.0.2/config/mh-elfalphapic" and
