It is not particularly easily accessible to people who have done a binary (e.g., RPM) installation. It also contains entries for entities who provide support for other products. For example, GNU Emacs hackers are listed there. It might be reasonable to initially construct the list from the FAQ entry by culling entries from SERVICES, but I don't think SERVICES itself belongs in the FAQ entry.
