Letter from the Editor:

Dear Readers:

Electronic Commerce: Are you sick of it yet? I hope not
because it is just starting! Forrester Research projects
that 33 million U.S. homes will be on-line by the year 2000,
generating hundreds of billions of dollars in consumer-oriented
transactions and fees by that date.

E-commerce is revolutionizing the way we will make purchases
in the wired world.

Who will lead, or worse yet, survive in this e-conomy? In the
world of e-commerce, start-ups are everywhere because the barriers
and costs to entry are so low. These companies are all putting
their special twist on selling on the web to create a web brand.
The e-commerce pioneers are all trying to reach the same goals:
retain customer's attention, decrease the costs of operations,
increase revenues, open new markets, improve delivery speed and
sell more products to more customers.

This week's sharp plung and sharp rebound in some of the biggest
internet names on the Nasdaq market shows us the unrelenting
demand for these stocks. Let's face it: What other sector of
the economy is growing at such a fast pace?

With large internet and traditional players already in the
e-commerce market such as Amazon, Walmart, Macy's and Dell,
small to medium size businesses are jumping into the market
in hopes to strike it rich. Our feature stock this week is
in a great position to benefit from this e-commerce explosion.

Feature Stock Report:

Our pick for the week is UniTransact Business Solutions Inc.
(UTNS-OTCBB) of Seattle, Washington. UniTransact.com has
a smartly planned niche strategy that aims to meet the growing
E-commerce needs of small and medium sized businesses by way
of its turn-key E-commerce product. Currently there are several
E-commerce solutions available, but they ignore small and medium
size businesses by offering very expensive solutions that cater
to large operations. The target market is a large one with the
total number of small to mid-size businesses numbering some
10 million in North America, and more Internationally.
UniTransact seeks to become the "e-Commerce" solution of
choice" for providing its clients within that group fast,
efficient, reliable information in an easy to use format.

The UniTransact.com self-installing web page with its ability
to accept credit card information over the Internet revolutionizes
small business sales cycles. At the untouchable fee of $40 per
month for its comprehensive E-commerce solution which the
following services are included:

· E-Commerce
· Global Mall, search-engines
· Renderdyne graphics package
· Web-hosting, E-mail, data-banking

UniTransact.com is aggressively positioned to acquire a
significant share of the small to medium business segment
of the E-commerce market.

The company has signed a definitive contract with Aaex Corp.
in which it has purchased the worldwide rights to its technology.
Aaex is a cutting edge technology developer and a leader in
network computing solutions. The Renderdyne engine is an
on-line, leading edge graphics package with similar
characteristics to "Adobe Photoshop", which costs hundreds
of dollars to purchase as a software package. Renderdyne,s
network computing technology is unparalleled on the Internet
and alone has the potential to generate enormous income and
notoriety for UniTransact at no additional cost to the consumer.
Through utilization of the Renderdyne Search Engine, the Company's
web site provides an open data base that allows clients to easily
set up their own corporate profile and details to conduct credit
card transactions.

The single most important investment filter for a company like
UniTransact.com is market share potential, and with management's
sales projection of $58,529,965 in Year 2001, you can see why
UniTransact.com has enormous potential.

You can see how the UniTransact business structure lends itself
to the creation of a virtual mail, another hot Internet concept.
As more customers come on-line the UniTransact.com World search-
engine will act as an enormous Internet mall with endless space
to house retailers of all shapes and sizes.
