Hi,
I have problem to configurate the cross-compiler with packet
gcc-2.8.1.tar.gz with the runtime.h. I have run the patch
crossgcc-gcc-2.8.1.patch on the file "Makefil.in/config.in" .But the
problem haven't disappeared. I'm grateful for any type of answer on
this problem :)
My structure is
/sw/ppc_cross/local/"tools for power pc"
/sw/ppc_cross/tmp_compiler/"This mape used to build the gcc compiler
'powerpc-elf
whitout runtime lib'
"autoconf-2.13
,crossgcc-gcc-2.8.1.patch, m4-1.4
binutils-2.9.1, gcc-2.8.1, patch-2.5
"
And the native compiler is gcc on the "sparc-sun-solaris2.6" system.
Should i use gcc-2.95.1 insted of gcc-2.8.1?

While we can't promise that 2.95.1 will solve all of your problems,
it doesn't require patches to do cross-compilation and has more
than a year's worth of bug fixes. So I suggest that you try it.
