I've updated the Netlib branch to the latest f2c (incl. libf2c, libF77,
libI77).
Also, there are now three scripts in contrib/ (filenames match `*2c')
to download Netlib f2c, convert an f2c directory to libg2c-style
naming, and vice versa.
