No.  Absolutely not.  Overriding USER_H is wrong. Period.  No ifs, ands or
buts.

It will go away.  I strongly recommend you stop using it.

Like so many of the other braindamaged things you're doing because you think
things need to work "specially" because gcc can be the system compiler are
dumb and can be easily avoided.  By not doing all those dumb and special things
I think you'll find that over time that things will "just work" instead of
having to continually tweak it.

I'll repeat, overriding USER_H is absolutely and completely wrong in all
situations.  Period.  This is not subject to debate.
