You never know. There is after all, somebody porting GCC to the Dec-10 architecture, something like 10-15 years after DEC stopped making them (I don't recall when the plug was pulled). I seem to recall discussion about the VAX and GCC working on pristine BSD 4.3 in the last 2 months. Unfortunately, the AS400 effort seems to be running into a wall. -- Michael Meissner, Red Hat, Inc.
