Hello,
I've noticed that the latest version (well for over a year now) of libstdc++
is not on the ftp.gnu.org site. I know its on the ftp://gcc.gnu.org site,
but most people dont mirror it, they only mirror the main gnu site.
Just though you'd like to know.

Yes, it is, as part of GCC 3.0.

Perhaps a note should be added as a pointer? (A libstdc++.README
that says that libstdc++ is no longer distributed separately, look
for it as part of gcc 3.x.y).
