Stripped the binutils from the Cc, cause I think we're on a gcc-only track now.

The latest 'snapshot' as in gcc-20020408.tar.bz2
The prompt is indeed misleading, but I started this queeste on 3.0.4, so the
structure was already set up. But rest assured: no 3.0.4 code in here.
