This is not the list to ask legal questions. Even if someone does venture
an informal opinion that what you want to do is legal, it is meaningless
and you can't rely on it. As with any licensed software, you must read the
relevant licenses and make sure that you comply with their terms. Note that
the license on different components may be different, so be sure to check
the relevant licenses. If you can't understand the licenses well enough,
then you need to hire an attorney to advise you. 

For sure, you should read the FAQ on the GPL. You may find some answers
to standard questions there.
