Well you should look at only the ones relating to the particular function you are interested in. If you are interested in the interface to tasking from the compiler for example, look at the specs that relate to this (rtsfind.ads is a useful centralized catalog of runtime interfaces, and you will see that only a small fraction of the files are used by the compiler. The great majority of the ads files you mention have nothing to do with compiler/runtime interface).
