Hi,

I get Connection refused when connecting to CVS,
it was working several hours ago.

[pid  4371] connect(4, {sin_family=AF_INET, sin_port=htons(22), sin_addr=inet_addr("66.187.233.205")}}, 16) = -1 ECONNREFUSED (Connection refused)

I am having the same problem.

  -> Starting server: /usr/bin/ssh gcc.gnu.org -l nathan cvs server
ssh: connect to address 66.187.233.205 port 22: Connection refused
cvs [add aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)
  -> Lock_Cleanup()

Yes, the ssh server daemon has crashed.  Anoncvs users should see no problem.
Somebody with physical access (or another means of logging in) will have to
restart it.  (Overseers have been notified.)
