Check the distribution, there should be a mention of how to get the sources (and
there may be a charge for them, per GPL rules).

The page has a link for the License, the binary RPM, and the
Source for each package, including the GCC package. If the link does not
work correctly, contact the webmaster for that page. A temporary
technical hiccup at a webserver should not be escalated to a licensing
issue involving the GCC discussion list.

Also, the FSF distribution of gcc-3.2.2 for AIX has greater
features, functionality, and performance than the version on the IBM AIX
website, as well as implementing the new GCC C++ ABI.

I'd like to get gcc source for IBM's version of gcc (binary ackage is
availble from
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/aix/products/aixos/linux/download.html and is
distributed under GPL) but - there is no source package!!!
Is it legal?
