Mainline does not bootstrap because ada/raise.c throws a warning about
missing prototype for __gnat_Unwind_RaiseException.

Yes, sorry for the annoyance. Yesterday's patch was tested against 3.3 only,
as the problem it aimed at had been reported for this branch.
The problem at hand has been reported as ada/9961, for which I just suggested
a change. So far, this second patch has been tested against 3.3 only but I
checked that the warning indeed went away.
A bootstrap for mainline is running to double check.
