Merge ada/adaint.[ch]

Hi, while merging ada/adaint.[ch] I noticed two patches applied
to the GCC tree weren't applied to the FSF tree whereas
all other were:

2003-01-29	Joel Sherrill <joel@OARcorp.com>
	* adaint.h: Add include of <stdio.h> when target is RTEMS.  This
	is likely needed for all newlib targets.

and the max_path_len part of:

	* 5ntaprop.adb (with System.OS_Primitives): Remove.

	* cstreams.c (max_path_len): Move from here ...
	* adaint.c (__gnat_max_path_len): ... to here.

	* g-os_lib.adb (Normalize_Pathname.Max_Path): Adjust.

	* Makefile.in, Make-lang.in: Documentation is now built in
	Make-lang.in.  Store Info and generated Texinfo files in the
	source directory.
	* gnat_ug.texi: Remove CVS keywords, correct version number.
	Set file name correctly.

	* gnat_ug_*.texi: Add.
	* .cvsignore: Ignore generated Texinfo files.

Is this intentional or is it an oversight?

This is isn't. We'll consider patches for inclusion in our tree.

This one as I explained previousely is more controversial, since it breaks
existing code for very little gain.
