I'd like to go through and add solaris-specific stuff to the libstdc++
PR's. However, some have a solaris-* host bit set, and some do not (and
I don't see how to add them.)
Is there an easy way to do this that I don't see?

Not yet.
I'll add input fields where it currently just displays them.
