*sigh*  Does lsh even work very well?  All the Linux vendors I know of
ship with OpenSSH.

    From my SuSE Linux ES 8 machine:
    $ /usr/bin/ssh -v
    OpenSSH_3.4p1, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090607f

    From a Red Hat 8.0 (Psyche) box:
    $ ssh -v
    OpenSSH_3.4p1, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090602f
