I just want to let you know that the bit rot of iq2000 seems to have
started. We really need a maintainer. Otherwise, we need to obsolete
the port.

It's strange that {CONST|RTX|ADDRESS}_COSTS are still there. I still
remember Richard Henderson converted all of those to target macros.
Maybe the port was contributed after his sweep!?

Apparently he hasn't done much on this port yet.
