Speaking of c++0x, I'd dearly like to see an implementation of the "auto"
proposal that Stroustrup has championed, so loops iterating over
containers can be written simply and uniformly as

    for (auto iter = container.begin(); iter != container.end(); ++iter) {
	...;
    }
