Yes i did... i always do and have never had a problem doing so before.
I will try building in a different directory though and report back.
Configure was:
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-languages="c,c++"
Compiling with GCC 4.0.0, latest version GNU make.
BTW, can you CC to me please, im not on the list.
