Remove the "j" entry from texinfo/util/CVS/Entries
I probably should have removed all the tags from "j", then used
"cvs delete" to remove the bogon file. Oh well.

Now when I do a cvs update, I get the following:

It worked as of last Friday or Saturday. Here is my "cvs -v" info:
