The GCC 3.1.1 release is now available, or making its way to,
the GNU FTP sites:

  http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html

This release is a bug fix release relative to GCC 3.1.

More detail about the release is available here:

  http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-3.1/changes.html

Many people contributed fixes for this release -- too many to name
here!

The next release of GCC will be GCC 3.2. This release will be available
very soon (within days or a week). The only changes in GCC 3.2 relative
to GCC 3.1.1 will be changes to the C++ ABI.

I fixed this entry for 3.1.1 in the GCC 3.1 build status list at
http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-3.1/buildstat.html .
