doc patch for INSTALL/specific.html

I thought I'd submitted this, but I can't seem to prove that...  Anyway,
here's the answer to a a question that's landed in my mailbox no less
than four times since 1.0 shipped.

I've put it on the web server.

I'll do an update of the entire INSTALL dir from the web server shortly.
